Born and raised in Southern California, Dawn later lived in Lake Havasu City, Arizona before relocating to North Idaho in 1997, where she raised her two children in Sandpoint. Decades of North Idaho life, boating on Lake Pend Oreille, skiing and snowboarding at Schweitzer Mountain, and exploring the surrounding mountains and forests, gave her a working knowledge of the towns, land and communities she now serves.
Dawn started her career young as a real estate appraiser in Southern California, and later moved into real estate photography and marketing before beginning a career in real estate sales. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, she works with Silvercreek Realty Group, powered by eXp Realty, giving her clients national and global reach alongside local, personal service across North Idaho.
